Rules for staying at the Evans Hotel
1. General rules

These rules regulate the relationship between the Evans Hotel and clients, including citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens, stateless persons, and legal entities when carrying out hotel activities."

"The hotel operates 24/7, and the check-out time is 12:00.

Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is until 12:00.

The room rate does not include breakfast.

Children under 3 years old stay for free without an extra bed in the same room with their parents.

Non-guests may visit the hotel premises from 7:00 to 23:00 with mandatory registration at the hotel reception. Some services may be subject to additional charges.
Staying after 23:00 will incur charges according to the current price list."

2. Booking Conditions

Advance booking allows for room selection.

Booking can be made via postal or electronic mail at evanshotel@mail.ru, by phone at +7 919 721 2009, through the hotel's website, through booking websites (ostrovok.ru, 101otel and others), through tour operators and travel agents who have a contract with the hotel."

3. Cancellation of a reservation and refund of previously paid amounts

In case the Guest, with a guaranteed reservation, did not use the hotel services and did not cancel the reservation in a timely manner, the prepayment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

The reservation is cancelled two hours after the planned check-in time if the Guest has not informed the hotel of a change in their arrival time. Upon arrival, the Guest is accommodated depending on the availability of vacant rooms.


4. Hotel service charges

The payment for hotel services is made in Russian rubles, in cash at the hotel cash desk, by international or national card (debit or credit), by bank transfer to the hotel's account.

If the funds are not received on the hotel's account (when paying by bank transfer), the guest must pay for their stay in cash.

The payment for accommodation is made according to the approved price list. In case of late check-out or early check-in, payment for accommodation is made according to the following scheme:

  • Check-in from 08:00 to 14:00 - paid at 50% of the room rate
  • Check-out from 12:00 to 20:00 - paid at 50% of the room rate
If staying for no more than one day (within one calendar date), the payment is made for one day, regardless of the check-out time.

The hotel administration guarantees the guests' stay in the hotel for the paid period. Extension of stay in the hotel is possible in case of availability of free rooms, and with notification of the hotel's reception service at least 2 days in advance.

In case of early check-out, the remaining amount for the stay is not subject to refund.


5. For safety reasons, the following are not allowed in the hotel

    • Using electrical appliances in the room, except those allowed for use;
    • Leaving strangers in the room and giving them keys to the room;
    • Handling flammable materials or weapons;
    • Accommodation with pets;
    • Smoking in hotel rooms and on its territory;
    • Staying in the hotel while under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
    • Disturbing the peace of other hotel guests;
    • Changing the interior of the hotel, removing or moving furniture from the room;
    • Taking dishes, cutlery, food, and drinks from the restaurant without prior approval from the hotel administration.

6. Residents are required to

When leaving the room, guests must turn off the water taps, close the windows, switch off the lights and electrical appliances.

Strictly follow fire safety rules.

Compensate for any damage caused to the hotel property, including loss or damage. The assessment of the damage is based on the "Property Damage Report".

When vacationing with children, take care of their safety. Do not leave children alone on playgrounds, near the pool or in the forest park area.

Be responsible for the actions of invited guests.

Timely and fully pay for all services provided by the hotel.

After the specified period of stay, vacate the room and return the key to the reception.

If the guest does not vacate the room, extend their stay or is absent from the room without the possibility of being contacted, the hotel administration has the right to inventory the guest's property in the room and vacate the room. The hotel administration informs the guest by phone or email about the abandoned property and, at the guest's request and for an additional fee, sends it by mail. If the guest does not respond within three days, the property is donated to charity.

Provide access to hotel staff to the room during the guest's stay for regular cleaning and changing of bed linen.

Notify the hotel administration in case of malfunctioning of appliances, furniture, and lighting.


7. Rights and obligations of the parties

The hotel, provided that these rules are followed, guarantees the Guest the right to use the hotel's provided services.

The Guest assumes the obligation to pay for the hotel services rendered.

The hotel is not responsible for the operation of city utilities.

The hotel administration is not responsible for valuable items that are not deposited in the storage room; if the guest discovers loss, shortage, or damage to their valuable items, they must report it immediately to the reception desk.

All complaints and suggestions are recorded in the book of reviews and suggestions at the reception desk.

In case of non-compliance with the above rules, the administration reserves the right to evict the Guest. Those responsible may be held liable for administrative penalties.

The hotel, provided that these rules are followed, guarantees the Guest the right to use the hotel's provided services.

The Guest assumes the obligation to pay for the hotel services rendered.
